In a world where color is no more, a petite French girl lives with bottomless optimism and a love of the color yellow. Lucille is a chatty, sixteen year old girl who can just barely remember the world before the color went away. Her most vivid memories are ones of the sunshine and fields out in rural Paris. At first you may stereotype her as a bit of an airhead, but she can be quite clever when it comes down to it.
For seven long years, Lucille has waited for someone to rescue the color from whomever has stolen it. For seven long years, the world has remained colorless. She's finally grown tired of staring at the shades of gray and has decided to take matters into her own hands and get the colors back herself. Packed with her trusty rain boots and trench coat, Lucille sets off towards the source of the problem with a few small tricks up her sleeve.
Little does she know, she's in for a lot more than she originally planned and she's about to get a lot more than just a search for the colors.
